We offer our services for sharp prices. We assist private persons and companies. We assist private persons, who are eligible, on the basis of subsidised legal assistance (legal aid). The team of Pieters Advocaten has over 25 years experience in providing legal advice and litigation for companies and private individuals. Our lawyers are very engaged with the cases of their clients and like to keep the communication lines short.
Specializations: migration & asylum law, administrative law
Stefan has been working with refugees and migrants since 2003. He has joined Pieters Advocaten as a lawyer in 2014. Because of his experience with and dedication to different groups of migrants, he has broad knowledge of problems relating to legal stay, and the conditions to obtain it. His clients are mostly private individuals, entrepreneurs and small businesses. The challenge is to guide these clients through the complicated rules set by the government and to assist them in order for them to positively continue their lives and businesses.
Stefan likes legal challenges and cases where creative solutions are needed.

Specializations: migration & asylum law
Gerben Dijkman has been a lawyer since 2005. He is tenacious and uses a business minded approach without losing out of sight the person behind the case. He is specialized in the fields of migration- and asylum law. These fields of law are more and more subject to international regulations, mainly from within the EU. His specialization therefore also stretches out to EU law within these fields. He is also specialized in social security and administrative law.

René van Stralen has been a lawyer since 1997. He has a direct approach and speaks the language of the people. He fully stands behind his client without losing out of sight the legal aspect of the case. He has a results-oriented way of working.

Judith Pieters has been a lawyer since 1990, and is the founder of the firm. She combines her years of experience with her solid expert knowledge and a lot of attention to the human aspect of each case. She is known as someone who is not afraid of a legal challenge.

Harouna Sala has joined Pieters Advocaten as a lawyer in 2018. Harouna is independent and is not a partner in the firm.
He holds a general practice, including within the fields of administrative law, social security law, labor law and migration law. Harouna graduated from the Radboud University Nijmegen.
Critically and with passion he aims for the best result for his client.

Ferdinand has been a lawyer since 2003. Private individuals and companies can come to him for advice and assistance regarding all procedures within the fields of criminal law, administrative law and migration law.
The power of Ferdinand lies in his fast and expert way of analyzing cases after which he, together with his client, pragmatically decides the best strategy to take. In court he feels like a fish in the water.

Soraya Oukil has joined Pieters Advocaten as a lawyer in 2019. Soraya is independent and is not a partner in the firm.
Soraya holds a degree in Public International law (LL.M.) and Human Rights Law (Master Recherche Droits de l’Homme). She has several years of experience as a legal officer within the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Amman, Jordan and Geneva, Switzerland.
Soraya has vast experience when it comes to fundamental rights and is specialized in migration law, asylum law, rental law and social security law. She also holds a general practice in the field of administrative and civil law.
